Cheesecakes

Cranberry Walnut cheesecake (recipie from Keebler ready crust)

1 graham cracker crust

1 1/4 cups cold milk
2 small packages of cheesecake flavor instant pie filling
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
8 oz whipped cream
16 oz whole cranberry sauce divided
1/2 cup toasted walnuts

Mix milk and pudding mixesfor 1 minute. add lemon peel. Gently add in 1/2 of the whipped topping.

Wpread 1/2 mixture over the bottom of the crust. Spread 1/2 the cranberry sauce over pudding mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the walnuts. top with remaining pudding and repeat. Garnish with remaining whipped cream.

Rasberry Swirl cheesecake (from keebler ready crust)
1 ready crust
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
3 TB and 1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup rasberry preserves.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add egg and 3 TB of lemon juice.

Pour half of the bater into the crust. Combine 1 tsp of lemon juice with rasberry preserves and pour half over the batter.

Pour remaining cream cheese batter over the top. Swirl the rest of the preserves over the top.

Bake at 300 for 55 minutes.

Strawberry bottom cheesecake (keebler Ready crust recipie)
1 ready crust
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
4 oz frozen whipped topping
1 pint fresh strawberries thinly sliced
1 cup strawberry glaze

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in sugar. Add sour cream and vanilla. then fold in whipped topping.

Pread a thin layer of glaze over the bottom of the crust. Add strawberry slices and top with the remaining glaze. Spoon cream cheese over glazed berries.

Easy Chocolate chip cheesecake (keebler ready crust recipie)
1 ready crust

Filling
6 oz cream cheese
14 oz sweetened and condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp flour

Glaze
1/2 cup mini milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350
Beat cheese until fluffy, then gradually add sweetend and condensed milk. Add egg and vanilla. Toss thips in flour and then stir in. Pour into the crust. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool

Melt chocolate chips with whipping cream over low heat and stir until thick and smooth. Spread over cooled pie and return to the frige.
