Hashbrown casserole

2 lb hashbrowns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups cornflakes

Combine all ingredients except cornflakes and put into a 9x13 baking dish. Top with cornflakes and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
