Pumpkin Pies

Everyone has there favorite pumpkin pie recipie. This is one I make when I am in a hurry.

1 Ready graham cracker crust
15 oz pumpkin
14 oz sweetend and condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 425
Beat together ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake 15 minutes, then reduce temp to 350 and bake another 35-40 minutes

Streusel Topped creamy pumpkin pie (recipe from Keebler ready crust)
1 ready crust

1 1/4 cups cold milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 packages cheesecake pudding mix
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
8 oz whipped topping

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
2 TB brown sugar
1 TB butter

Stir milk and pumpkin in a large bowl until smooth. Add pudding mix and spice. Gently fold in 1/2 pf the whipped topping. Spoon into crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Mix nuts, sugar and butter in a small bow. and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes or until bubbly. Cool and sprinkle over pie just before serving.

Fluffy Pumpkin Cheesecake (recipie from keebler ready crust)
1 ready crust

1 package cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup pumpkin
2 eggs

Miz all ingredients and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
