Zucchini cookies and icing

ZUCCHINI COOKIES AND ICING

Cream:

3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg

Sift and add to cream mixture:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Add to above mixture:

1 tsp. lemon or orange peel
1 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts

Drop by teaspoon on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon or orange juice

Put on warm cookies.
