Fruit smoothies

I am trying to add 2 fresh fruits or veggies before every meal to my diet. Plus I am using a soy protein powder. What better way to do breakfast than with a smoothie. In many of these recipies I have honey listed, but I actually substitute with splenda for sweetness. For the most part these are 1 serving recipies.

Banana berry smoothies
1 medium banana broken into chunks
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup sliced frozen strawberries.
1/2 cup frozen berries (I love rasberries in mine
1 tsp honey (optional)
2 TBSP protein powder

Blueberry smoothies
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
2 TBSP protein powder
sweeten with splenda to taste

Strawberry Rhubarb smoothies
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ff milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup sliced unsweetened rhubarb
Honey to taste
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 TBSP protein powder

Triple berry and lime smoothies
1 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup frozen red rasberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Honey to taste
1 - 2 tsp lime
2 TBSP protein powder

Mixed fruit medley smoothies
1/2 cup apricot nectar
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 medium banana
1/2 cup sliced strawberry or mango
Honey to taste
2 TBSP protein powder

Rasberry Peach smoothies
4 oz peach, mango or apricot nectar
1 cup peach slices
1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen rasberries
honey to taste
2 TBSP protein powder


Combine in a blender and blend until smooth
