Peppermint Pattie Poke cake

Found this recipie on the back of the last Betty Crocker cake mix I bought. I love choclate and peppermint so I had to save this one!!

Recipie:
1 box BC supermoist triple chocolate fudge cake mix
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup veggie oil
3 eggs

Make cake as directed on the back of the box and bake in a 9x13 pan. Cool for 15 minutes.

Poke the cake every 1/2 inch with a wooden spoon handle.

In a medium bowl mix together
1 box of white chocolate instant pudding mix and pie filling mix
2 cups of milk
1/2 tsp peppermint extract

Immediately pour over the cake. Cover loosely and refrigerate for 2 hours.

To frost mix together
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 container milk chocolate frosting

Chop 1 cup of chocolate covered peppermint patties and sprinkle over top. (approx 12 peppermint patties)

Mmmmmmmm Sounds divine doesn't it?
